My friend has a 05 with a 7/05 production date. It just hit 1800 miles and its definently developing the judder.
I would think with that production date it would have the new parts.

I don't have all that many miles on mine after the fix but.......NO MORE BRAKE DUST! The difference in brake dust alone is worth having it done!

YES!! No more brake dust is a major bonus! But I have had no problems either since my brake replacement.

I would go to the dealer. Apparently they have stock on the new parts, so you don't have to go back three times now. Even if the fix is not that permanent, I think you get new torque members. There are various aftermarket options available if the fix doesn't work for you such as OEM size STillen cross drilled rotors and metal matrix pads (for stock size wheels) or big brake kits if you have bigger aftermarket wheels. Some people have also put on SS brake lines to replace the OEM rubber hoses for a firmer pedal feel. The aftermarket options will put a dent in your wallet, unlike Nissan's fix, which is free.
