didn't infer that he'd be an a'hole - the buyer should expect due diligence from the dealership.
IF - it is brake related - the "demand" that the dealership replace , and not turn a potentially warped rotor, is erroring (sp) on the safety side -tis all.
Again the pads
could be riding up and down on warped rotors.
I'll stick with the brakes being the problem only because I've spent a great deal of time driving at high speed - I
think I got a handle on what causes steering wheel shudder - but then again - I could be totally wrong!
as BKW stated - being polite and firm about the "request" will get the job done..
