Those would rub quite a lot. They are 34" in diameter. And yes, they are more quiet and nicer ride than the stock junk they slap on at the factory.
They don't have an 18" that is the same size, 32.8".
Here's your conversion.
285=width in millimeters
70=% of width the sidewall is tall from rim to tread
18=rim width
In your case, its 285X0.70/25 X 2 +18=33.96" or 34"
Mine rubbed a little and I used a heat gun to correct.
305X0.55/25X2+20=33.42
The largest is really 305-50-20, 285-65-18, or 295-70-17.
Wider or taller and you start to rub.
You may be able to get away with them with the heat gun trick or with a PRG level.
