Thumbs up Stock Rancho Shock Update

Well about 9 months ago I had put the 2.5 spacer kit in my stock Rancho shocks and just like everyone else it over extended them. I contacted Tenneco Automotive (Rancho Parent Company) to see what they thought. They were very eager to help and got another set out to my dealer right away. I even had the spacers reinstalled with no issues to date. Tenneco wanted the old shocks to examine them. The people at Tenneco were top notch and very helpful. I was very please with their customer service and willingness to deal with me direct.

The other day I got an email from the guy I was talking with at Tenneco. They are sending me two full vehicle sets of the Ranch Triple X System shocks. I should get them this Thursday and can't wait to try them out. I just wanted to share this because it seems customer service when incredible is not often praised. I will use and promote their products whenever I can. To me it is unbelievable the efforts they went to for customer satisfaction.

I will post a report on the new shocks if anyone wants to know about them.

I'm glad to see not all companies today disregard their customers, although many do. I recently found a crack on the frame of my 2 year old $800 bicycle. I called the company (Diamondback) and they replaced the bike, free of charge. I was in shock as I was prepared to get blown off. Most of the time we the consumer get the cold shoulder when we try to deal directly with the manufacturer. Glad to see you got excellent customer service too. When I change my shocks I will look at Rancho because of your experience with them.
