Exclamation Factory Tie-Down

I finally got around to opening the box for my tie downs that came with my utilitrack system.

Anyone know what the square metal thing is for? I have four of them...

Actually their are stops for several of the Uni-Trak items that can slide in the tracks.
I drilled the aluminum part 7/16", then drilled & tapped the steel back piece to 7/16"-20, and used the forged eye bolts from Deist Safety Equipment seat belt kits ( you can get just the eye bolts from them, and other safety equipment places) to make the stop now a small tie-down point. I have 5 of them in my bed, they are small & movable.
