Dodge Ram Mega Cab

You guys see this yet? About time that Dodge got a full-sized back seat. It is available on the 1500,2500, and the 3500.There is room behind the rear seat which allows the rear seats to actually recline . Looks kind of like a "limo-truck" if you ask me. I still wouldn't take it over my Titan.

When will this end?? In a few more years trucks are going to look like vans with a 2 foot bed!!

Now thats a good idea! C'mon Nissan step up here. Its time we see something new here. I still dont like the dependability of the dodge or the gas milage!

I like the idea of space behind the rear seat. We could definately use that. Otherwise, it is still a Dodge.

If you like the space behind the rear seat, get an armada.

If you need a truck, you don't need a megacab.

They just launched the sucker, give'em a break. And I dred putting gas in the Titan, I couldn't imagine what it would be like to fill that beast!

I agree. However, I wouldn't mind if my backseat had a little more slope or recline to the back instead of it being so upright. The only person who sits back there is my 1 year old son in his carseat but every time he is sleeping and I have to hit the brakes his head flops forward. Then I have to reach back and push his head back into his headrest. This is due to my backseat being so upright (and me braking a little too hard sometimes, haha).

Penrose - i hear ya with the kid. The rear seat in the titan is pretty staight up. Comfy for us adults but kids in their kid seats is another story. Have had to do the same thing with the now 5 yr old over the last year.

Trick I learned. I rolled up a towel and put it behind the booster (note - it's a "booster" seat for the kids that are a little older) seat base - pushing and keeping it from snugging up to the seat back - it put's some recling to the booster seat seat back. This may not work however if your son is 1 and in a seat that does not work like a booster.

While I would never want the titan to go the direction of the mega cab, a "little" recline adjustability would be nice.

I call the Titan The baddest truck ever!!!! That is what I call the Titan. However giving Nissan the little nudg nudg wink wink Might let them know, us Titan loyalist might want something like that. How bout it Nissan? I know Nissan looks at this board. However, I will say that Dodge had to up their price to get a larger interior than the Titan. We get it regardless! Did that help you out "Buzz"? SO yea step it up Nissan wink wink nudg nudg smile smile.

How many have a garage that will fit that thing? Talk about supersized.

I may be mistaken, but I think that its the same size as every other truck, length wise, they shortened the bed even MORE to get the extra 6-8 inches.

Making the bed now shy of 5'....... No longer a truck, now its just an SUV with the top missing.

Funny thing about the backseat, it got a good nod from the review people b/c the seat angle is at 24 degrees, more lean than any other.

As for the young'ens back there in their car seats-I thought most car seats now have an adjustment that allows the front to slide out slightly, tilting the seat back...??

Helinut,

I know you were picking...Just like me!!

You guys need to take a step back and look at yourselves. You complain whenever anyone says anything negative about the Titan, yet here you are doing the exact same thing about a Dodge.

Can you say hypocrite?

With the Cummins of course. That thing was a freakin' beast!! The best part is his sugar-mama girlfriend bought it for him. lucky bastard.
