Gas Prices

I know...Not another thread about gas prices.

But I think this one should be a little more fun than the last few.

Gas where I live has been falling steadily since about 10 days AFTER the first hurricne. It went up slightly after Rita, but only fora few days, and a few cents.

It's been in a steady fall ever since, and we've now hit 2.29 for 87!!!
That's 10 cents below pre-hurricane prices-I'm stoked!! On top of that, I've found a shorter way to work. Almost 1/4 shorter distance! (5 miles, basically miles), so I'm double-happy!!

So, what are my fellow Titan owners paying for gas now?

And, has anyone heard if prices will level off, keep going down, or head back up?

The lowest I've seen here in northern New Jersey is $2.49 for 87 octane.

$2.42 a gallon! Best I've seen in a while! Would be nice to see it around $1.50 a gallon!

Gas Prices

Gas prices dropped to $2.18 this afternoon on the far west side of Columbus, Ohio. Thank God I did not panic at the talk of $4.00/gal. and trade my Titan!

I just paid $53.01 for 19 gallons at $2.76 last week at the same Shell station I paid $2.88 and $60 wouldn't even top off the tank a 1/4.

gas prices in kansas city, MO is at 2.16. good news guys... gas should drop gradually another 20-30 cents as oil reserves fill up. gas stations are now making a margin of around 40 cents a gallon up from an average of 5-10 cents. they're making back the profit they lost during the two hurricanes.

I got it for $2.29 a gal in Lancaster, PA of all places on Saturday. Go figure, the farther away you get from the refineries outside of philly, the lower the price goes

It's been hovering around $2.67 for 87 here on the west side for about a week. Down from $2.97.

Down to about $2.79 to $2.93 for regular here in NY. Seems to be a steady downward trend though....a good thing.

I was about to go into a fit of rage when I read the Lancaster part until I realized it was lancaster PA and not Lancaster CA which is the next city north of me.
