DIESEL ENGINE a done deal

for all those talking and hoping for a Turbo-Diesel Titan wonder no more.
I just found out from a local Nissan dealer hear in Columbus,Indiana that the Titan will in fact have a T-D in the next couple of model years most likley the 2007-08 years. For all the skeptics please be patient on further info as I would like to pass any and all info along to everyone. my friend is the same person that has over the past 6+ years sold many Nissan cars and recently trucks (Titans) to the people of Cummins Which is located in Columbus, Indiana and they are ecstatic about the contract with Nissan to provide them with their new V-8 T-D for the best truck, the big three are scared to admit , is the best truck in the USA more info will come as I find out more; ie... engine displacement and power and torque specs.

Long live the power of the "TITANS"

Dammit! Back to saving for my next truck. I usually get 125k+ miles and 4-6 years out of a car/truck...

My buddie, who has been developing parts for this motor, has been saying this since February. Cummins diesel in '07 or '08. I've posted it several times. Sorry, but he knew before the US Nissan people. He's in Europe.

I just hope this new HD Titan will be a SFA in the 4WD variant, but some how I doubt it will be. Guess I can still dream....

Cummins diesel would be awesome......as long as it's not accompanied by a Dodge tranny!

Any word on an 8ft bed yet?

An 8 foot bed and regular cab is what I am waiting for.
A solid front axle would not be a bad thing either.
And while they are at it, throw in a 6speed manual trans too!
