Does Nissan have a permanent fix planned for the brake judder problem?
I want to know if there is a permanent fix planned, or if a permanent fix has already occurred. From reading posts here and on clubtitan it sounds like even the '05 Titans have the brake judder problem. Does anyone know if Nissan has fixed this problem on vehicles in production? I want to know because I plan on buying an '06 model in the spring. I really don't want to have to go back to the dealer for "fixes".
Starting with the production date of May '05, Titans rolling out of the factory should have the permanent fix.

well on paper it says that. mine was made in 05/05 and it had mostly old parts but they said i think it was the anchors were the new ones and that was about it so like 95% old and 5% new on my truck.

You have two choices in life:
You can stay single and be miserable,
or get married and wish you were dead.
05/05 Date on my Truck and I'm taking it this Friday for the brake judder fix. 5200 miles of city driving and bam the judder starts... Maybe mine was a fluke just giving you guys the heads up.

That is not true. My '05 was built mid June and did not have the fix. I just got back from the dealer who performed the TSB for brake judder. I was just starting to notice a very very mild judder and they went ahead and upgraded.

I have almost 10,000 miles on the new brakes (and 1000 of those were with a 8000 lb trailer in tow) and they still feel really good. No hint of judder.
