Another noise

I am getting a wierd noise the last couple of weeks. It only happens when the truck has been parked for awhile. It only happens when pulling out of the driveway or a parking spot. It only happens at very slow speeds and only for about 50 feet or so. It sounds like it is coming from the back half of the truck. It is similar to when you wet your finger and run it around the rim of a wine glass, but the sound has a much deeper bass sound to it. It almost sounds like the brakes are rubbing the rotors or something is to tight in the rear end or the axel is too tight. I don't know.
It stops when I get going and does not do it again even if I park and restart the truck. Touching the brake peddal does not stop this while it's happening.

I never use it. I will press it all the way down and release it today when I change my oil.

Pushed the e-brake all the way down and then released it. It works fine I guess. Even put it on (e-brake) and put truck in drive, and it held the truck. When I took it off the truck moved forward with no noise. I don't think it's the e-brake. Haven't had the noise for a few days now.
