Service performed...(BCM, Brakes, EVAP drain, 15k)

Well, I dropped off the truck Wednesday night and after 2 days, the service was completed...
I put it in for the 15,000 mile service (can't have that diff go bad and the dealer try to tell me I didn't change the oil) and found somthing interesting...a dealership that actually changes the wipers like they said they would...bye bye $40 SilBlade Wipers.
I also had them perform a couple TSBs.
1 - Brake upgrade - done 1st time with all new hardware. Truck stops a little better and the judder is gone but the brakes weren't bedded and I have the in-laws with us this weekend so I can't get out to do it yet
2 - BCM upgrade - I did need the new module but they didn't ask for my keys. I'll have to check the spares to see if they work. Biggest thing I noticed so far is a distinct 2nd ticking when using the turn signal.
3 - EVAP drain line - well like others, I had leakage under the mat on the passenger side. This took the longest time because my advisor told me "Nissan has acknowledged that there is an issue with this but don't have a fix in place yet. They instructed us to attach a 6" piece of tubing but we can't figure out what size to use yet..." This was what they were working on at the end of day Thursday and completed on Friday.
All in all, I was glad to get all this done, especially since I don't have 2 days to spare normally. But it was a long weekend for me so it was good. $225 total with Syn Oil and I will have to re-purchase my wipers because they got dumped Thurs.

Perhaps Nissan can contact 95wolverine and pay him a consulting fee to write a TSB for the Evap fix.

Just had my 15K service too. I was very glad that they changed the wipers and did a 4 wheel alignment. I always have to take my wifes Accord back to get the wipers replaced because they "forgot" to replace them. The Honda service does not include an alignment and it costs as much as as the Titan service Also had the trailer wiring harness recall performed.

Did you tell the dealer they scraped your aftermarket blades?

I did tell them and the repsonse was "I'm sorry but you didn't tell us so without knowing, we have to change them per the service. Hold on I'll go check to see if he emptied the can...they are gone, he did the service on Thursday." (it was Friday when I picked it up). Next time I know to read ahead to see what the service actually includes and tell them what not to do...
