new brake fix?

my truck is at the dealer now! is the new brake fix new rotors and pads for the front? the dealer said that they put new pads on the rear but just turn the rears! is this right? thanks, mark

Replace pads all around, replace front rotors and cut rears. This is the brake fix along with 4 bolts that get replaced

They also replace the metal pins and the frame the front calipers hang on.
