Yeah, I did it.
First of all I had to work from 0800 to 1500 on Thanksgiving. I did eat a pretty good meal at the chow hall though. Next, I go to the fishing spot and the gate was locked so me and my Hemi buddy had to go find somewhere else to fish. We crossed over a bridge and found a way to this river and I decided to go through a small patch of mud. (didnt look to bad at all) As you can see from the pictures it was dry about five feet to the right. I just wanted to splash through the small puddle. I try to bolt through it and next thing I know I sunk the whole truck up to the frame in white clay mush. I was literally 60 foot into it. It stopped me like I hit a car! I couldn't even get out of my door because It was buried that far on the drivers side! I drop in it 4 lo but it was pointless. Even if I had super swampers on the thing I couldn't have gotten out. My rear axle was buried too. Everywhere else was dry for the most part except for where I drove. Me and my buddy had to go to walmart and buy two 30 foot tow straps and The whole time Im thinking to myself, IM GONNA GET PULLED OUT BY A 2WD HEMI!!! Well, we got bak to it and I go to hook the straps to my crippled and twisted Titan and I sink up to my shins in this muck with my new steel toe boots. I could barely reach under the back bumper to hook the tow rope up because the bumper was almost on the ground. I got it hooked up and it was the exact length of the straps to dry ground.(60 feet). With a little help from my buddies freekin hemi I backed out of it. My mud flaps are screwed! bent up and dangling. My underside was caked with mud and was a beotch to clean. My leather seats are caked with mud now because I had to crawl back into it from the passenger side. Dude, I can usually tell when something is too much to go through. This just snuck up on me. I have never been stuck before in my life. Not even with my Dodge on the tank trails on Fort Bragg. So all in all it was a bad Thanksgiving for me. Its ok though. I told my buddy If he wants this posted on streetfire.net that we have to make a drag race video first. Ive spanked his truck so many times its funny. Superchip duals and CAI. So at least you will have a Hemi kill video before too long. I made this video on putfile just to show all the Titan homies. Like I said, it coulda happened to anybody. He was on dry ground though so it wasnt like he out did me or anything. Its still funny though.
