I would like to know if this is a good deal. Thanks for your feedback. Should I be paying less this time of year for an 05?

Doersn't sound bad to me. I have an 04 CC 4X4 SE with the tow pkg, OR pkg, utiliyi-bed pkg and paid about 10g more than that!

If that is with the SE popular package with power captain seats, then it would be a very fair deal. If you live in the snow belt, I would suggest you consider the 4x4 option as it will have a much higher resale value. 4x2 are hard to move in the north.

That sounds like a good deal.

Check and see if the rebates went up on the 2005 models.As of December 1st they went up another $500 on the 2006 models according to http://www.carsdirect.com/home.
but they aren't showing any of the 2005 models. Edmunds hasn't posted the 2005 rebate as of now,but it should be posted later today.

Good deal, thats about what I paid for my 04 KC,4x4 with no options in 04.

Thanks Guys for all of your help. Hopefully if I get the truck it wil not have any rattles or break problems.
