Too early to tell. We need 07 owners to let us know model numbers for the 07 diffs. I have not heard of a 07 failure to date but it is early.

White,
Good to see you are still keeping up with all the details. Also good to see the 2006 models appear to be holding up well. My new diff (ZH05D) has surpassed 20K miles and is still going strong.
BTW, I go in for my third surgery Monday to get some more shrapnel removed from my leg. I look like a piece of swiss cheese! Once I am back on my feet I will give you hand keeping up with all the numbers again.

I took my truck back to Nissan to check the whinning in my diff only to be told it too had to be replaced. They are calling Nissan to see what to do next. I have had two new diffs in two months. I am still hoping to get a new 07 diff which I hope has been redesigned. This new one will be my 5th in 62000 miles. Gotta be problems we have not been told yet.

I thought they only had three shots at fixing it and then the lemon law kicked in.

Lemon law does not just kick in, you have to file for it. I am not really interested in filing if I can get my truck fixed. It took five fixes to get my brakes right. I still like my Titan and it has never left me stranded. These Dana diffs are a piece of sh** and we might as well face it. Some seem to be doing good while some have multiple failures. Mine has never failed. I hear the whinning and check the diff oil and it is black. I know something is wrong. I take it to Nissan and they confirm the diff has problems and will eventually fail. I had whinning and seal leaks one time but others were just the noise and black oil.
I think some may have the problem but don't know the symptoms or think the whinning is road noise or just natural. These diffs should be quiet, period. Anyway, lemon law maybe or go through the BBB here in Houston. I will see what Nissan does this time.

Wow! I am willing to bet there is something else wrong with your truck that is causing the diff failure if you are on your fifth.
