I was curious if anyone else noticed there Titan CC does not have any support ridges on the roof like other CC's from dodge, ford, chev. etc... Although it's nice for washing, I wonder if our roofs are as sturdy as the others?

I doubt it, it sounds like a barn in a hailstorm when you run it through the car wash.

I've wondered the same thing myself. The ridges are to stiffen the roof over such a large, flat surface. While washing the roof of my CC, I can easily depress the center of the roof.
I guess Nissan's computer determined the roof would be fine as is. I probably does have more arc to it than the domestics, which would add some stiffness.
I'd love to hear an auto engineer's take on it though.
I have wonder the same thing too, Even my King Cab creaks and bends with even the slightest pressure. It is easier to clean but I also wonder how strong it is.
I'm brand new to the forum but I would like to jump in here. The Titan may be a little noisy going through the car wash, but it is nothing like my Chevy was that I traded in. It was an extended (king?) cab without ridges and whenever the high water pressure hit it in the car wash it went boink, boink, boink like a giant oil can. Ticked me off every time I heard it. My new Tital CC might make a little noise but at least the water pressure isn't "boinking" it.

Well, on the bright side, at least without the ridges up there, it is easier to wash/dry the roof. I always hated all that water being trapped up there.
