Whats a reasonable time to install a lift??

I am wondering what is a reasonable time frame to get a lift properly installed (allignement and all) on a Titan. Im probably going for the Procomp 6"...and shopping around at diffrent shops on average they tell me about 12-14hrs. These are reputable offroading shops (but outta town). There is a local shop who does lifts regularly on Chevs, Ford, and Dodges and they tell me they can get it done in about 6 hrs...Can I trust this?? Is it feasible? Im all for supporting local businesses but I want this done properly and on the first try. Any suggestions?

I always shop on the basis of a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) + written warranty. Saves alot of games.

I can do 2 full lifts in less than 8 hours with a good helper. About 6 hours and I dont have a lift, and that includes custom grinding and building custom endlinks.

I will 2nd Prerunner's post. He did mine in that time frame in between explaning how a lot of shops install the lifts incorrectly. Do your home work, I found just because its a big shop doesn't allways mean quality work.
Most local shops wanted my truck for 2 days. I guess they take long lunches???
