Near accident

ok now i was driving down a snowy road and i have to admit i was going way too fast... so as i approch a semi sharp left turn i ironiclly hit some pure ice, now i cannot stop or slow down AT ALL, so i run of the road onto someones front lawn, the ABS i swear to go saved my life, and my trucks, because if i crashed my insurence would F^ck me, now im full out on the brakes and as i go up the very shallow curb and up onto the grass beween the sidewalk and street theirs a fire hydrent, i barley slide by this and theirs a flag pole now infront of me, so i take all my videogame skillz and put them to use by sliding the entire rear end of the truck to the left and then turn left managing to ALSO slip by the post, by now im thinking im done! but NOOOOOOO, theirs a tree, now im just scared to death and think wtf what my lucky day, and this is easy seeing as how i just turn and im outa the way and i stop on someones grass and think for like 30 seconds, then leave and im like shaking the entire way home... talk about a close freaking call! so i went home and just callmed down

you too!??! I also almost had a headon yesterday.
I live in the Napa CA and well it's FLOODING out here, it was yesterday anyway -so I go out to take pictures and and get an "eyefull" because this kind of thing does'nt happen very often. drivin down Main St. and some chick in a ferrari red minivan makes a left turn right in front of me!!!!!
I swear I just resigned myself that i was gonna hit her cause we were so close! But no!! my ABS kicked in and (doin about 25mph) SWEET no accident.
And the chick was screamin and yellin inside her van like it was my fault!
Funny thing was I hit the break pedal PANIC style and the frontend dove down, but then I felt the pedal go al the way down to the floor boards!
Is that ABS doin its thing or what?
