brake question

I have a May 2005 build date. I've gotten alot of brake dust on the wheels since I bought it. Now at 5000 miles I think I'm feeling some judder when slowing down and stopping. Especially when having to slow down from higher speeds. What month did they start replacing the 05 brakes on the production line?

If you have lost of brake dust, you have the old brakes and 5000 miles is about right for the judder.
