Why are you bored? Look at all those TOYS! Go outside and play- or are you stuck inside?

I like to ride, not push. Just kidding, kinda.
Life begins at 150mph and if you ain't scrapin foot pegs, ya ain't ridin.

A friend said I was the only one he knew that could wear out the sides of motorcycle tires before the centers. We love to rip backroads in triple digits on a quiet Sunday mornin.

Harleys are just too sedate for me.

Re: I'm Bored...Who wants to see my bike???

If your scraping footpegs, your knee hit long ago. you gotta push past the knee point and push till those pegs start folding up, thats why they are spring loaded with feelers, grinding the feelers is a nice rush. The sparks look pretty good too. Its like lifting the front tire at speeds in excess of 80mph. You just gotta push for more, this is just in the corners.

Pegs are fine, pipes will kill ya.

Re: I'm Bored...Who wants to see my bike???

If you guys are single and no kids that sounds like real fun and have at it! But if you guys have kids and family with a beautiful wife to come home to, you need to get off those widow makers and get back into the minivan thing till they are out of the house!! Oh nooo! Am I lecturing? Sorry guys. I do envy you guys that have those because if I didnt have kids and a wife, I too would be scraping the foot pegs. Or 6 feet under!!!

Re: I'm Bored...Who wants to see my bike???

Now here are some bikes. This is my Old School BMX collection that occaisionally get rides in the back of my Titan to bike shows. The newest is 22 years old, the oldest is 31. All with new and never used parts scavenged from old collections and bike shops all over the world.

I'm old enough to have a couple of high school buddies who are Grandpas (granted, they're from Utah), and this is what my den looks like. No wonder my wife keeps saying, 'You know, there's really something wrong with you.'

Re: I'm Bored...Who wants to see my bike???

I don't drink, smoke, or do any drugs (not even persciption), if I didn't have his release, I'd kill someone or be a real Ahole to my family. In 18 yrs of marraige, I have never cheated on my wife, and she would prefer I get my fix like this than a lot of other people do with controlled substances or cheating. If you don't ride, you don't understand. And hey, you can die slipping in the bathtub. Motorcycles are statisicly safer than cars, if you know how to ride.

And yes we also do the minivan thing, 05 Odyssey, which I'm trying to hop up a bit. For a van it moves 0-60 on 7.4, but I'd like it in the mid to low 6s.

I guess some of you think I should also quit skiing, playing hockey, ramp riding on BMX bikes, moutain biking, riding dirt bikes and quads, etc. All that results is a resentment towards your family that manifests itself in bad ways. Keep doing what you like and your family can join in.
