Other Than Brakes No Problems With My 05..Anyone Else? - Page 2

7500 mi and no problems except the brakes, which are fine now. A vibration noise in the dash I haven't figured out yet.
Oh...and that drunk who hit me at the stop light put a couple dings in the rear bumper.....

I had a few minor problems, the problems was not a big deal but was a PIA to get fix.

-Rear right side door can't open from inside, was like that the day I took delivery. Took almost 2 months and 4 trips to get right parts for fix.

-Dimmer switch won't dim, got it replaced.

-Moisture in right side headlight, took 3 weeks and MANY phone calls to get new one.

-Brake judder at 6K miles, got it fixed.

Outside of these no other problems so far. Knocking on wood.

Mine's 05 CC 4x2 Red Alert 04/05 built date.

05/04 build and other than the new brake fix, the crappy Panasonic radio issue, and a few niggling things, she's been 3rd in line behind my wife and daughter as being my baby. Excellent truck.

Brakes, rear hubs neaded grease, seat frame was squeaky and replaced (because of my big Azz). All free warranty stuff. Now squeak free an at 15K and counting.

05 titan built in 11/04 and now has 9000 miles, no problems yet except for seat squeek which was fixed 7k miles ago.

I have a 3/05 build ,,8000 miles, problems to date are

seat noise drivers side ,,, fixed... 2nd dealer did it right
passenger seat rattle,,, fixed
driver window regulator ( clunk when opened ) appt next week
rear brakes pulsating ( 6 times to fix) dealer was to blame 2nd dealer fixed
front brakes updated,, ( just because)
trailer harness tsb

i had more visits and problems with the new ford and other nissans i have had in the past,,,

I can not fully blame nissan,,,,,,,,,, they build the truck but most of the parts are from outside vendors...and they are built by humans,,,, so there will always be some issues

Mine currently has about 6K on it.

I had the A/C drain tube problem. Dealer fixed it with the drain tube extension fix. Then they replaced the carpeting because it smelled due to the leak.

Right now I'm starting to get the brake judders and my drivers side seat squeaks a little. It will be going in shortly for those.

Love the truck though...

I have an 04, and the only "problem" I have with the truck is rattles. Its too loud going over bumps.

I have had nothing break, no repairs, nothing of the sort. I did take it in a couple of times to get rattles out, and all I got back was a truck that smelled like wd-40 that still rattled.

So I am disapointed with fit and finish, but the quality of the mechanical parts and everything else is very sound.

I have 18k on my 04.

I have an 05 with an 04/05 build date. After 12K miles the only issues:
Brakes - fixed
rattle in dash - I fixed
chirp noise - working on it
A/C drain - I fixed
It has been a great truck so far.

Had more issues with my 03 Tundra first year then I have had with the Titan.
