The rearend seams to starts to shake and wobble at about 45 mphs. I have had my tires ballanced 3 times and rotated.

Do you have aftermarket tires/wheels/lift/etc?

Yeah, it's part of my stealth mode modification. Turn off the lights and just drive.

Re: REAR END Wobble/Shake

I and others had posted about this some time ago. To lazy to look it up right now. Worked hard with my service manager to figure this out, did the same route, and also complained to the 800 number a number of times. What I found out in all this is it's due to engine lugging due to shift point of 5th and converter lockup being set so low in an effort to gain EPA mileage ratings. You can see this if you can get the lugging vibration around 45-46, then drop it into fourth. Vibration is Bye-Bye. A simple programing change would fix, but claimed EPA mileage would be affected and have to be changed on the window sticker and other press material.

Re: REAR END Wobble/Shake

A2titan, were you able to fix/resolve the rear end wobble/shake on your titan by reprograming the transmission?
