For those of you who saw the thread where I was looking for a new rear bumper..................
Geez, it pissed me off today. I was in a neighborhood today which I wasn't familiar with, and I backed out of a driveway not even able to see this brick mailbox DIRECTLY adjacent to the driveway. When I hit it I knew it wasn't good........
Good news is that for $350 w/ shipping I now have a grade A, insurance-inspected quality replacement bumper on the way and should be here by Thursday, if not sooner

I've actually already found an aftermarket option. There's a shop here in town called American Radio. They do everything from audio systems to nav setups to radar detectors. They have a sonor system made by Echo Masters (I think that's the name). I believe it's only $249 for it. Hoping to do it soon!!

How fast would u say you hit the mailbox thing ? Also, you can find aftermarket sensors alot cheeper than that online. Only prob is you have to install on your own.

I was simply backing out of the driveway, so I imagine less than 5 mph. I'll take a look and see what I can find online.
Since when is a brick mailbox considered an uh-oh?
I was refering to all the people that have "lightly" hit something or back into something and a very low speed. No matter what you hit on accident it would be considered a uh oh.
