Re: tundra vs titan

Currently the Tundra's are underpowered with a 4.7 liter V8. But the desicion is yours and your alone. The looks you like, and the wants you want should be the determining factor in the truck you buy.

My brother had a Tundra, loved it but decided he had put enough gas into it and bought a Prius. (Yes, he went from a big *** truck to a Prius.)

Largest Cab = Comfort for front and rear passengers. That is if you buy a Crew Cab.

Re: tundra vs titan

The current Tundra is a bland, boring, Camry-like truck that's underpowered and doesn't get your pulse going at all. But it is a smooth ride for a truck.

What I think is that you should drive them both back to back, look over and compare their features real well, and then make up your own mind and let us know what you think after youve made your decision.

The Tundra lover...

Pick what one you want. If you want to drive a grandma truck get the tundra, if you want a real truck get the Titan

Re: tundra vs titan

If its a grocery getter, look at the Tundra, if you want to tow, hit 60mph before the turn of the century, have room for kids in full hockey gear, enjoy driving ..........its the Titan. Had a friend go from a 02 Silverado 2500HD to the Titan....for a couple of weeks he went on about the power, I know, I have one I replied, then about the handling, I know, about the fun, again, I know. It took 6 weeks before he let his wife drive it. Now she wants an Armada. Another guy I know had Vettes for years....he said the Titan is as close as you can get to a vette in a 4x4 truck. You couldn't pry mine out of my cold dead hands.......but the Tundra is good truck, in a vanilla sort of way. The one I drove was about as exciting as my 6yr old daughters 3 hr dance recital........................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Re: tundra vs titan

I had a 2000 Tundra. Now I have a Titan. No comparison. I chose wisely.
