Need some help, must be computer stupid!!!

A lot of you guys have a big picture and description of your truck in the "text" area when you post. How did you do that? Is that your signature? If so, how did you get your trucks picture in there. I'm sorry, but I am new and still figuring out the site. I want my truck and info to always show up when I post too. Thanks for any help.

If you have a picture you can upload it to a site like photobucket, cardomain, etc.. and paste the link in your Signature like Bayou said. If you have any more questions let us know.

Cool. How do I go about getting a picture there? Everytime I choose insert image it wants a web address. I don't have a website. I just want to download a pic from my computer.

no prob, I use photobucket.com. Found that to be a easy one to use. Just upload the pic and then copy the URL one ( there's 3 ) into the attachment link on your sig.

You don't need a website, just go to photobucket or imageshack.us it will give you an option of "browse" or "upload" picture. Click on it and find the picture you want from your PC. When done hit the "host it" button, after that it will give you some links, copy the "direct link to photo" and paste it in your sig. in between [img]yourlink[/img] or you can click on the image icon like Bayou Titan show.

Now send Sammy a PM and he can resize your sig photo to legal limits for you.

BTW, you don't need any external web site to have a sig photo. Just attach the pic to one post here and then link to that attachment. If you right-click on my sig photo and go to properties, you will see what I'm talking about.
