Allrighty so today I decide to install my poweraid TBS that came in the mail. Opened the box everything looked great, started to follow instructions and get this tbs on there. Once the I removed the TB I went and grabbed the box pulled out the spacer, when looking saw a gouge in the spacer looked closer and around the peice and noticed alot more scratches, chips and noticed there was actual carbon build up on the inside of the spacer. I bought this item brand new from a ebay seller with over 7000 sales and I get a USED Peice! This made me frusturated as I still decided to put on the spacer. Once getting it on everything worked out nice, until I dropped one of the tbs screws down somewhere on the trucks frame.. I looked for over 30 minutes could not find screw, drove down the street slowly see if it would maybe rattle out, no screw. The truck has currently 3 screws out of the 4 on the TBS, could there be any potential damage to anything? Also, my AEM CAI is now leaning up against the radiator because of the TBS. Which is causing my filter to push up against the frame and push the filter constaly off, and is actually bending in a part of my intake tube! What do you guys suggest, I do to get these little things all worked out. Also need to find another screw.

You might get a leak at the TBS and that will allow unfiltered air into your throttle body and engine. Check it by spraying WD-40 or carb cleaner around it and if your engine changes speed you have a leak.
To get the filter to fit properly you will have to trim part of the sleeve that connects the air tube to the throttle body. Do a 1/4" to start and trim a little bit more if it still doesn't seat correctly.

What does everyone suggest triming the intake tube with? and how much?

Ok now should I be trimming the coupler and the intake pipe? Coupler will be easy, but not intake tube. Also should I just contact air-raid for a screw?
Don't cut the intake tube, cut the sleeve that connects the tube to the throttle body, it's a heck of a lot easier.
