Front 2 bracket tabs facing backwards, back bracket facing forwards:
Driver and passenger side should be the same.
They are very easy to mix up. (took me three times to get driver side)
This is the best I could do with pics:
jhootitan, thanks for the post and pic's of the rails, side shot of your titan made my mind up and i just ordered the same ones you have. your pic's of the brackets will help as well, seems like the instructioins are useless, lots of tips from the forum though so i'm counting on the install to not be that bad.
I installed a set of the Aries Nerf bars. Once i saw the direction i now knew it was a puzzle. The paper that the directions came on might as well been blank. I was able to figure out the bars went. One problem though, actually a little more then one. The center brackets on each side i loosely placed bolts into the front bracket was about two inches off and the back bracket was about 12" off. I am thinking they sent me the wrong application. Any how i like the way the bars look. So will just have the front and rear brackets welded to the bars any decent muffler shop should be able to do this. Its not a big deal just an inconvience. But the instructions really suck!!!!!
I have Aries and must have gotten lucky because mine came undamaged. For the price, they look great and work just as well. I researched these on this site prior to buying from TRex on ebay.
It took me and a buddy about 45 minutes to install both. There is a thread somewhere on here where someone spent some time describing how to install the brackets. Bummer others have had bad luck because I think they look awesome, especially for the price. I have had mine for about eight months so far and no probs even after a record winter here in Tahoe for moisture. I would recommend these despite the problems others have had.

I should have listened to you guys...... My Aries bars showed up and sure enough one of them had not one, not two, but THREE dents in it.
And here is the reale Kicker!!!! Box and packaging were in "perfect" condition.
I would actually bet $1000 it did not happen in shipping and that these morons at the factory actually shipped it thinking there not huge dents lets just see what happens
Claim they are shipping a new set tomorrow morning free of charge guess we will see how those show up.

Ok so the second set showed Friday, "DAMAGED" just like the first set and once again NOT damaged in shipping but shipped that way from the factory.... They must have No Quality controle or inspection at all....
So between the two damaged sets I was able to get one good bar from each and as I went to install them there were actually bolts MISSING so even if the first set had not been damaged I would have NOT been able to install them. Got the rest of the bolts from the second damaged set and got them finally put on.
They look Great!!
But I am here to tell you Aries is one "SERIOUSLY" messed up company.

I just installed my N-Fabs, and they were super easy to install, maybe 20mins. They seem very strong and are supposed to handle 400 pounds. Although they have more of an off road look to them then the regular nerf bars. Good luck on your install.
