Call the Nissan 800 number 1-800-NISSAN1 (I think that is the right number) and they can tell you what the truck left the factory with.

I did this to prove to the dealer that my truck had the OR and BT packages and that it came with a hitch and skid plates.

Yes you have the ABLS only, anytime one tire is spinning and the other is not you should get the slip light. The e-locker locks the rear tires together so one can't spin without the other, it only works in 4Lo unless you mod it. You should not need the e-locker unless you are doing lots of off roading or climbing at weird angles.
