Unless you have all the proper tools and wax, etc. to do it at home, your best bet is to take it to a pro shop and have them buff it out.
They buffed out a couple of scratches on my truck and it looked perfect, took no more then 30 minutes for them.
I tried that on my wife's Lexus at home with the stuff you buy at auto parts store and let's say she wasn't too happy with the results, ended up taking it to the shop anyway.
