Question about the need for a leveling kit

Why does the Titan sit lower in the front from the factory? There must be some reason Nissan saw fit to do this?

The PRG leveling kit stiffens up the front end and improves ride? How so?

Are there any pics online of the install process? Does someone have the install instructions they can email me?

Re: Question about the need for a leveling kit

It doesn't change the ride at all, it just lifts the front.

Re: Question about the need for a leveling kit

The truck has a "rake" as its called so that when you are towing a large load the truck does ride level. If it was level from the factory, and then you pull a heavy weight, then the front would be looking at the sky more than the road.

The leveling kit just makes it ride level when there is no load via raising the front a few inches.

Re: Question about the need for a leveling kit

for me it was the look of the leveled truck and made it a tad bit higher. Going over bumps I did notice it was smoother. Just personal preference for some

The difference you may notice is the new bumpstop, not the actual level kit.
