Hose for brake bleed nipple

I realize I'm probably putting way too much thought into this, but I've searched all over the forums, as well as Google, and can't find what diameter of fuel hose I should buy to fit on the brake bleeder nipple so I can, well, bleed the brakes, OBVIOUSLY!

Re: Hose for brake bleed nipple

slip the smallest socket that will still go over the nipple head. Then go to the local hardware or big box and buy the same or slightly smaller ID clear hose. You're good to go.

Re: Hose for brake bleed nipple

Don't use fuel hose. Use clear plastic. You need to be able to see the fluid as it comes out so you can see the color of the fluid as well as the bubbles in the fluid.

Re: Hose for brake bleed nipple

Based on Nick Name's suggestion, I'm headed out for 1/4" tubing.
