Wow. It could have been a really bad day for the pedestrians walking across the road also. I think that guy was running or something because if you look he actually clips the white car, and keeps on going, and starts to weave around the other cars in the very end of the clip.

I think the speed of the video makes it seem worse than it is slow it down a little and it isn't as impressive especial if the cars are stopped in traffic
