Should I purchase an extended warranty?

I have an 04 2wd King with 30k on the dial.
It's had the following issues:
1. brakes of course, replaced twice, second time with final fix.
2. seatbelts.
3. sway bar links bent.
4. front shocks blown.
5. fuel regulator thing replaced
6. radio replaced 3 times
7. windows sometimes drop

this is all i can think of for now....

with all the horror stories I read out there....I'm thinking of extending my warranty that expires in a short 2k miles up to 75k or 2 years.

Some helpful stuff.
I've been quoted $1400 for a plan that pushes me out to six years or 75k....the gold plan. Seems like I should be able to haggle that down to $1200 or so.

I bought the Gold Plan 6yr 75k for an 2005 4x4 Crew Cab - paid $920. It was the end of the month and negiotiated the finance department. Most quotes are twice the cost. The cost to the dealer is $870 (if new, at purchase), and the finance dept started at $970. I told them to split it and it's a done deal. With all the troubles of the Armada and Titan - it was the first (and only) one I plan to buy for a new vehicle.

Is that plan transferable if you sell the truck to a new owner? I could probably check online, but I'm too lazy .
