What do you think about these wheel? Help asap

I have a white kingcab 2wd. I want to put some boyd coddington wheels on it. I am looking at some Smoothie II 6 18"x8" with the stock tire. What do you think about this wheel and do you think it will look good? Here is a picture of the wheel

Re: What do you think about these wheel? Help asap

Looks nice. One thing I always thought about when choosing a wheel is "does it look like it is strong enough for a 5500lb truck!?" I'm sure this wheel is plenty sturdy but by looking at it, it doesn't look like much metal where the spokes attach to the center. Because of this I would not have chosen this wheel but if you like it, it doesn't really matter what I think.

Good looking wheel. My only question: Is it chrome plated or polished aluminum? Based on my experience, I'll never buy another polished wheel, given the incredible amount of work and elbow grease it takes to keep them looking good....even with a "Mother's" powerball.

I like the wheels, the one's i have on my truck are a boyd cottington design made by fem tech. I have a wholesaler if you want them shipped to you. 22'' wheels with either pirelli's or toyo's for about $2200 plus shipping.

my email is tkessler77@hotmail.com if you are interested

Re: What do you think about these wheel? Help asap

My only fear with all these fancy rims is strength. I'd be affraid to haul an 8k LB travel trailer on rubber band tires and rims meant for looks, not work.
