Question Front Brakes Noise and Jutter on first 2-3 brakings in the morning

pretty much every morning when i leave my home for work the brakes make jutter noise like if they are wet, although it goes away after two or three applications of the brake i.e. one or to stop signs prior to leaving my neighborhood, i just wanted to know if anyone else has the problem, and/or condtion. The dealer did replace the brakes after the notorious 2004 bad brake jutter problem since then no brake jutter just early moring groans is what i call it.

if you live in a humid climate your rotors may be getiing surface rust overnight which wears off after the first few brake applications.... just look at the rotors through the wheel before you leave in the morning to see if they have any sign of rust on the braking surface....

My '06 was doing that and there's a TSB about that. My local dealer replaced the front pads and that took care of that. Maybe when they changed out your front brakes you got the '06 stuff put on. Check the TSB and see if it sounds familiar but mine was groaning every morning for the first 3 or 4 stops and also sometimes if I was easing off the brakes such as in a drive thru. No judder or anything just a moaning and groaning like an old woman.
