New Trick: Fahrenheit to Celsius trick

Hold down the power button for the North South East West and temp LED button (far right button in 2004 model) and hold it for 5 seconds, you can change it to both Fahrenheit and Celsius by pushing it again and letting it stand alone for 5 more seconds to change to your new setting.

Re: New Trick: Fahrenheit to Celsius trick

On the 05 there's a "Mode" button that let you change from F to C or turn it off completely.

Re: New Trick: Fahrenheit to Celsius trick

I remember doing this awhile back on my 04 - it's just another Nissan easter egg, just like being able to roll down the windows with the key fob....

Re: New Trick: Fahrenheit to Celsius trick

Why do people call these things EASTER EGGS when they're clearly discussed in the user's manual?

That is for setting your "zone" for your compass. In different parts of the country, there are slight variances that this setting accounts for. Just another "Easter egg" that you can find in your manual.

Re: New Trick: Fahrenheit to Celsius trick

07 also has the "mode" button for the C to F. AND it has a button for "submarine mode" and "jet mode". i guess the stock mode is considered "guardian".
