I found what I am looking for.
I took the Titan to the dealer for service yesterday. I met Ed Ortiz at Nissan of Garden Grove. He was (and still is) the nicest, coolest service manager I ever met. After many bad experiences with service advisors from other dealer (C.... in Costa Mesa), I hate to take my cars, trucks in for service. Ed will give you straight anwser and explains what need to be done. There is no B.S. He is Nissan Master Certified.
If you live in Orange County, Southern California, give him a try. The best part is that the dealer only 10 min from my house.

It's great to hear something nice posted when mentioning a dealer, usually it's always complaining.
