I'm having a buddy from this forum help me put on my 2.5" leveling kit this weekend. What kind of clearance will that give me for tires? I'm thinking about adding a 4" body lift as well, and want to put either Mud Grapplers, or Terra Grapplers. What size of tires would just a 2.5" leveling kit give me for tire clearence? Would it give me enough room for 32's or 34'sx12.5? ...or, would I need to add the body lift in order to put those type of tires on my Titan.

I also would like to see if anybody can give me some input about the Mud Grapplers. Is it noisy in your truck while driving it? Are they ok for a road warrior? Are they radials? Since I only have a 4x2 , I'm not sure if I should just go with the Terra's? I'm also interested in BFG All Terrain, but, not sure if they make a tire in a 32, or 34x12.5.

Hopefully this hasn't thrown anybody off.... I'm just ready to tweak out my truck, and finally have the funds to do it. Many Thanks !!!

Re: Opinion

Hey Texas, do some online research @ BFG,NITTO,TOYO...to find what's available.
Fitment depends on tire diameter, width,& wheel backspacing(offset).
32's on stock offset-no problem w/2.5".
34"-35"needs a wider wheel so will need positive offset to keep it tucked in the fender.
The wider your tire/wheel,the bigger arc it makes when turning,so takes more lift to keep the tire from hitting the fender.
Recommendation is to stay to the small side of tire mfg's wheel width, and try to to keep wheel backspacing(offset)as close to stock as possible.
Also,when buying wheels,some won't work w/your pressure sensors.
I've never seen a 4" bodylift-3" was the biggest I ever sold/installed.
Would recommend more suspension as needed.
Personally,I'm doing fiberglass fronts,as little lift as possible,& rolling the body seam over that's inside the fenderwell.
Hope I helped, BRUNDY.
