Buy new now or wait for 07's to come out?
I'm looking at a 4x4 LE Crew with Tow and step rails for 31500, should I wait to see if 07's drop the price of 06's or just buy now? Please somwone convince me to buy now and who cares if 06 prices drop by 5k in a month!
Anyone know when they will realease 07's??
Raceprep
Wait for the 07 because I'm sure they will offer the same rebate with current gas prices strangling sales. Besides, you want the additional HP the 07 offers.

Buy now, because Nissan always raises their prices every 3 months and the price on the 07's will be higher, and rebates on the 07's won't be as much!! Cheaper is better!! My.03
sounds like a good deal. How long do you plan to own it? If you trade every two or three years and year newer might be better at trade in time, but if you plan to drive it until the wheels fall off it makes no differance.
Its a crapshoot, you never know what they will do. I seriously doubt they will offer the rebates on 2007s, not until they have been out for a few months and all 2006s are gone at least. Dealerships are also not as willing to deal on new models if they still have prior year models on the lot. On that note, if they have new models on the lot they are more willing to deal on the older models. I bought in May and had a tough time finding a truck colored and optioned like I wanted. I'm sure that situation is worse now.

If I own this truck half as long as I've owned my current truck the wheels will be falling off. We don't buy vehicles regurlary, so I think this osunds like a fair deal. Plus I want the truck now so that has some value too....
Otehr question would be, for about the same price, would you rather have the off road package, or the tow package and step rails?
I will be towing a 4500lb pontoon boat, so I'm leaning toward the tow package, bu the Offroad package looks bi!ch'n!
Buddy at the dealer told me the 07's will be coming out Nov/Dec timeframe. It's your choice in the end.
I did what Mr. B did.. bought the last 04 on the lot ( showroom) and got $5300 of sticker.
P, I bought my 06 in Jan. and got $5500 off the sticker, and it was just dumb luck, because a week later they killed the Rebates. It is take your chances now or maybe wait and see if something better comes along. I would go for it, and take the BT package!! How many times are you going to go off road??
I got my truck less than 3 weeks ago at $5747 under sticker. More important, I got it for $500 under invoice before rebate. I bought the least optioned truck I could get. If I would have choose to buy a fully optioned 4X4 LE, the savings would have been much more.
I would advise anyone who lives close to Western Wa. that is looking for a great deal to email Chuck Capps at Advantage Nissan in Bremerton Wa. & mention that you heard about trucks for $500 under invoice from this forum.
The best I could get from walking on a local dealership lot was $100 over invoice.
