Re: got a mini lift, stock 18's and need tires? SALVATION HAS COME!

I was just wondering about these tires. Gosh I love the looks of them and the sizes they come in. My only worry is how long they'll last. Also, is that what they'll look like if I ordered them from tirerack? I noticed their picture on the wesite doesn't look at all like those.

Re: got a mini lift, stock 18's and need tires? SALVATION HAS COME!

the new 78's have only been out for a month or two i believe and it looks like tire rack has not updated their pic....here is the picture from kumho's site....if you order from any company i'm sure the ones they will get will be the new ones although it never hurts to see a picture or fax or sample before ordering if they don't happen to have them in stock...as for wear, they say 'high tread life' so whatever that means but one would assume much higher than stock (ie over 40-50K's).....you will LOVE them!

So if I want to run these tires I would need to put the leveling kit on my truck? No way to do it on a 4x2 stock height? Thanks.

When Tabasco was first produced the bottle said it was made in New Iberia (for any history buff on here).
Thanks for all the info on those tires, they do look nice. LOL. I don't know about mowing any lawns to afford them but I will have to pull a little more time offshore.

Re: got a mini lift, stock 18's and need tires? SALVATION HAS COME!

i would check up on the offset as far as rubbing, but they should be golden with the 18/8.5.
