Thumbs up got a mini lift, stock 18's and need tires? SALVATION HAS COME!

i could not be more impressed. these tires are perfectly proportionally wide (stick out about 1 in beyond wheel well) and don't rub. in addition they lift your truck about 1/2 in for free! they are almost as quiet as my crapinentals while having a psuedo 'mudder' look and make your truck look like it wants to tear a hole in something! nice!

here are a couple of pics if anyone is thinking about new tires for the 18's....one of them is a comparison of the stock vs. the new. the best part is they are some of the cheapest of the all terrain. the model is the 'venture 78'.

enjoy!

Are those the 325/60-18's? They look good. I got quoted a price of $804 mounted, balanced and tire warranty. I almost jumped on it too.

What name brand are those tires?? I think they look great, not too agressive but a nice all around tire. Please fill us in on all the info...name, size, how do they ride, road noise, etc..............

Re: got a mini lift, stock 18's and need tires? SALVATION HAS COME!

geez what an idiot--sorry i didn't post the size or kind! yep 325/60. they are the kumho venture 78. they are the newest all terrain out there and they are amazing. finally somebody is making a great aggressive tire for the 18's that don't cost like the bfg's....and in my opinion these have a better look to them...remains to be seen if i get as many miles from them though!

rod--where did you get your quote from?

i got mine out the door for $850--i got a quote of $1100 from somewhere else!!!

I sold and installed tires for many years and Kumho has always been a little recognized but very well made tire. We live in a rural area and the mail carriers all ran Kumho tires because they were the only ones that would hold up to a rural mail route. They should wear well for you. Nice truck by the way.

Sweet man. Will those 325/60s fit if you only have a 2" front leveling kit?

$201 per from Discount Tires. With tax, it would have been about $870 so you got a smokin deal.

YES! The front is the area where rubbing becomes an issue.

i would assume so....i have the prg 2 1/2 and 1 inch back, so i would believe that 2 inches would be fine as well.

honestly, i hear nothing from the tires. with the windows up you can't tell the difference. the only time i have heard the tires is with the windows down and going by a cement divider on the highway, so some of the 'kickback' noise can be heard.

if the stock tires were a '5' and mudders were a '10' for noise, these tires would be a '6'. i was pleasantly surprised, it looks like kumho did their homework and came up with a great tire--almost specially made for the titan.
