Do you let your Friends/Family borrow your truck for moving?

I get this question a lot, I don't lend my truck to my friends for moving, I let my dad borrow it once to haul some bushes but that was it. I feel like people probally think I'm a **** but I don't trust people with my baby. Anybody else as much of a prick as me?

I won't let them borrow it for moving without me being there.

Re: Do you let your Friends/Family borrow your truck for moving?

This is not the first truck nor will it be the last that I do not allow ANYBODY else to operate....I get all freaky just leaving it at the stealership when service work was done....I'm not selfish, but.....well, maybe I am selfish.....ok, I admit it...I'm just a sorry, selfish a-hole....but I'm ok with that.

Again, a question on whether or not someone else has ever driven my truck. Again there are two simple words: HELL NO!!!

Re: Do you let your Friends/Family borrow your truck for moving?

I bought my truck in May. My wife has driven it for about 5 miles 1 time. No one, friend or foe, drives my vehicle except her. Had too many "friends" in the past that liked to borrow but for some reason didn't know what gas, air or any other required elements of operating a vehicle were.

Re: Do you let your Friends/Family borrow your truck for moving?

Noone drives my truck but me. My wife WON'T drive it cause it's "Too big". My dad has roughly the same truck, and my friends can ask me to come over and help them if they need something moved.

Re: Do you let your Friends/Family borrow your truck for moving?

Nope, I'll gladly HELP any friend moving, but no one drives mine either. My dad has a stock 04, and my bro and br0-in-law both have trucks, so everyone is covered
