Dented The Crap Outta My Hood

when i went out to get in my truck this am(garaged), i noticed that one of my speakers from my garage stereo fell off the wall and crashed down onto the hood of my truck. i will post pics later, but it put some small dents and scratches in one area and then a good size dent right on the edge of the hood "bulge" about 6-10" above the headlight. i wonder if they can fix it or if i will need a new hood. that hood metal is soooo thin.

happy f-in' friday.... couldn't have fell the 10+ plus hours im gone during the day, noooo, of course not....oh well, this will somehow turn out to be my fault.

I know it sucks, my truck was hit by a kid (4 years old) on a bicycle when only a few weeks old. The parking lot was huge and there was only 3 vehicles in it. The kid was learning to ride a two wheeler. Just like the speaker fell when you WERE home. This kid hit my truck way in the far corner . $ 1200 to repair it.
To top it off after he hit it he and his mother were walking away saying there was NO damage, I pressed charges (she wouldn't give me insurance info)and their homeowners paid for it plus a crew cab pickup for a rental.

That is a bummer man, dont feel so bad though I dented my door with my head chasing my wife's damn dog. Check with a paintless dent removal place they said they could fix mine.

yeah, after really looking at it, paintless dent repair may work. gonna get it checked out tomorrow during lunch.

btw, new hood from nissan, unpainted, $430. ouch....i would buy the glassworks hood instead if i had to replace it.

yeah i did, its a crime to see my TITAN look like this. seriously, he is my neighbor....kinda like having that explorer sitting in front of my house
