Re: Weight question

I'm not 100% sure as to what you are asking. This information will be found in your owner's manual. I believe the "Vehicle Load Capacity" is around 1200lbs.

Re: Weight question

If you have a titan........you could look at the FMVSS/CMVSS label.

Re: Weight question

I guess you could try nissanusa.com see what the gross weight and curb weight is. Your load max would be the difference between those two.

Well, what sticks out here that's blatantly obvious for the whole world to see is that while the KC is manly and muscular, the CC is a week little wuss...and the 4X4 ....well I'm not even gonna say it... .anybody see it differently?

I see exactly 188 pounds between the best and the worst in load capacity among all of them. Not exactly a big number. Maybe one guy's weight. How many passengers do you intend to carry in the KC? And how much stuff can you put inside, out of the weather in the KC compared to the CC?

Just a couple thoughts.

Re: Weight question

Ah, but Armada, you've failed to note one thing. In a group which celebrates a 5HP increase in performance, surely 200 lbs. is quite significant!

Re: Weight question

My 06 KC 4X4 has a vehicle load capacity of 1200 lbs but the payload is 1378lbs. They are not the same. Just wanted to clear that up. I'm not the kind of guy who really cares if I over load my truck.

Re: Weight question

There's a sticker on the drivers door latch that shows max gross vehicle weight (GVW). Mine says 6422, so that means total maximum weight is 6422 lbs., that includes fuel, passengers, and cargo. If the truck weighs 5200 lbs. fully fueled, you can carry another 1222 lbs. That would be 5 heavy women at 200# each and a 222# driver. I would suggest that two of the women ride in the back bed so you don't overload the front axle.
