Help with part name?

Ok this is what i need. I was replacing my front bumper and when i had remove the bumper i had to drive my truck without the bumper, and when i was driving some how my front tires burn the heck out of the plastic things that go around the tires i guess they help to keep dirt out of the truck and i'am not talking abouth the splash guards.I dont have a clue what the name is or if they can be purchase or even replace anybody know?

yes Fender liner or inner fender liner is what they are called.
