Angry Check out this bull now...

What the heck is this?? Feels hard so I dont know if there is rust underneath or whats going on and why its bubbling but some of these bubbles are BIG...the liners not torn or anything but whats going on?? I got 20K miles on the truck...should it be covered by warranty? I set up an appt right now for next week...well see what happens....

This sucks...hopefully they can fix the freakin water that drenches my passenger side carpet as well that they would always say nothing was ever wrong...

I have the spray in liner, do you? Take that back to the dealer, there's a warantee for it. Have them fix it ASAP.

No - don't break the factory "seal" of the surface - or Nissan may claim the damage is due to your actions. Bring it back in to the dealer exactly as it shows in your pics - untampered with. It should be covered under warranty.

Re: Check out this bull now...

They will cover it, Nissan had a bunch of problems out of Spray-In bedliners for the first year or so. No one had done it in plant before, they were bound to have problems.

Re: Check out this bull now...

There is a TSB for this, you are by no means the first. Go to the "Problems" forum and check on the stickied "Need help" thread.

I said "I" would do that! Didnt tell him to! A small slit with a razor? They would never see it.

They will not spray the whole thing new, they will repair it. When the first few folks had this problems, Nissan changed the whole bed but they stopped doing that. They have a repair kit now at most dealer to do the repair.

Re: Check out this bull now...

This happened to my Titan back in '04 and Nissan replaced the bed.

Bedliner woes.
