End of Model Year.

Does anyone know when the Titan Model year ends?

I would guess soon! The lot here is almost empty of 06's. I'm guessing they are waiting for their shipment of 07's.

I work at the engine assembly plant and we started building those engines Monday the 14th. So the 07's should hit the lots about two months after that.

You assemble the engines. Can you tell us if there are any changes to it for 07. They have talked about a bump in the numbers.

the new engine has a vtc on both heads. for those of who don't know that a variable timing controller. the 07MY engine has 315 horses and is supposed to have 1.5% better fuel economy. i'm not sure about the torque numbers but i think they went up as well.

VTC? But the Titan doesn't have Variable Valve Timing...even for 07. The higher HP and TQ numbers are supposedly due only to a higher flowing exhaust. Did I miss a memo or something? lol....that's always possible ya know!
