okie, i am getting another set of wheels for my 06 se (oem 18" wheels w/ 285 bfg's) that will not have a set of sensors. i have no problem with this, as i have driven the past 17 years without them, and i did just fine....
anyway, my question is without sensors, will the low pressure light stay illuminated? or will it stay off because it is not getting a reading at all? i searched around, and found a ton of threads, but nothing with this specific info. anybody else running sensorless? thanks.

I switched wheels and am running sensorless and have a light on all the time. SO much so that I am gonna have my tires broke down and sensors installed because it is ANNOYING!!!
ABLS is the anitlock limited slip. basically traction control. I switched wheels and had new sensors, before I had them registered to the truck, it would let my wheels spin w/o the ABLS kicking in.

My limited slip still works! It kicked in yest when i pulled out af a parkin lot a "little" too fast!
damn.. that sucks. i would get another set of sensors, but i do not want to go to the dealer just to have them reprogrammed... then if i switch back to oem, then have to go back to the dealer.. blah blah
i am currently running sensorless in my 2004 LE titan with the navigation system and i do not have a light on in mine. i had my sensors switched into my new wheels that i have not put on yet. on the nav screen that shows my tire pressures it just shows no reading.

I'm assuming you can have your sensors transferred to new rims without needing to be keyed to the truck then? As long as the sensors fit, of course.
