Before my lift and rim/tire set up I'd make it from Las Vegas to Los Angeles (265Miles) burning less than half a tank. Coming back was the same. Now with the lift, rims/tires I'm lucky to get a 100 miles per quarter tank. I can't be stomping on the gas all the time to pass the slow drivers on the I-15, plus the price of gas.
Had BT on previous Titan, but current one doesn't have it. I wanted the higher rear end, as I don't tow anything. Went for BT originally as I always had it on the Ford trucks owned in the past. (Ford added a three row radiator to their tow package...seems Titan doesn't). Big mirrors another problem...tough to navigate into/out of garage.
Best mileage 18.3 on run to San Diego and back. I didn't buy the truck for mileage, but for ergonomics...found the current F150 a bit tight inside, with hard seats...Titan fits like a glove.
On my last tank I drove 439 miles, and at fuel up she only took 22 gallons. Not bad.
Same here, I'm not ahving any issues with gas milage with my Titan. The light would be and showing empty, but when I fill up I only put in 22-23 gallons.

I was well on my way to getting 900 miles to a tank of gas on my Titan down I95 in the middle of the night - but the 18 wheeler I attached my tow strap to noticed that I was tail gating REAL close - pulled over - and got really mad and made me untie it. Now I am back to 14 MPG again, but it is probably alot safer.

My last 6 tanks averaged 19.44mpg.....with one of those tanks netting 20.31mpg....but I will admit that I kind of just "ease" my way through life these days....I have nowhere that I NEED to be and no paticular time to arrive....but alass, I do recall the days of yesteryear when time wasn't on my side and my right foot stayed planted firmly on the floor of whatever I happened to be piloting.....and many, many gallons of fuel was burnt.

Oh....I forgot to mention that my fill after 400miles was only about 22gals...
So retrospectively, I can say 450 is feasable?
I dont have the BT package, but I have the 4X4
I still wish Nissan offered a strong V-6??
Like my old Dodge Ram had the V-6 Magnum.... I towed
10K boat with that motor...Up hills too!
Very powerfull...

I can tell you that when my "low fuel" idiot light comes on, my tank will accept right at 22 gallons....on a 28 gallon tank, sooooo, using a process called "deductive reasoning" that I have absolutly no formal training on, I can conclude that 20mpg X 28gal. equals 560 miles......never forget that your "in tank" high pressure fuel pump uses the gasoline as a lubricant and running your tank too low is not healthy for that pump.

I've never been able to pump more than 25 gallons into the tank in 2 1/2 years of driving Titans
