Loose Armrest?

I was wondering if anyone on here has had any experience with a loose passenger side front armrest? A buddy of mine was in my front passenger seat last weekend and leaned into my back seat to get something and he must have put stress on the armrest b/c it is real loose and shakes around while I am driving. It used to be snug like my drivers side is and I was wondering if anyone knew how I could possibly tighten it back or if i have to go an alternate route? Thanks for any info in advance.

Just pop the cap off and tighten it back up, if I recalled it's a 13mm bolt.

If its anything like the 04 Quests armrests, remove the plastic disc covering the bolt....it can be tightened. Let us know.

You guys are awesome. It's been a while since I've been on this board and I forgot how useful it can be. Nothing like getting an answer within 5 minutes of posting the question. I thought that's what that plastic disc was covering, but just wanted to make sure. I will let you guys know as soon as I get a chance to check it out. Thanks again guys

hey guys, i just popped the disc off and tightened the 13mm bolt, but the problem is that whenever i move the armrest up and down it loosens itself up again? do any of you know how i can fix this problem?

Some locktite will do it for you
